A number of key permits are required to be in place before operations commence. Minecon in conjunction with the client will review and confirm the status of the following permits as part of any potential due diligence:

• Mining Lease
• Annual Mine Operating Permit
• Underground development and mining permit
• Environmental Permit
• Water Abstraction Permit
• TSF Operations Permit or the permit for construction of a new TSF
• Location of new waste dumps
• Explosive and Blasting Permit etc.
